This series of images were created to showcase the bridal headpieces from designer Karen Casper

All the creative team are from the north-west and include vintage Hair & Make-up specialist  Alison McMath who did authentic wet sets using Lottabody Setting Lotion – finger waves and pin curls. She also used old fashioned Black & White hair Pomade to dress the hair.

The dresses were kindly supplied by Vintage Lane Bridal Boutique who are based in the beautiful Last Drop Village Bolton and stock a stunning and unique range of vintage wedding dresses. 

The idea behind the shoot was to create bridal inspiration images in the style of Vintage Chic using local creative artists imparticular designer Karen Casper whose headpieces are designed from historical lace, rare vintage stones, lace, pearls and tulle. Her unique hand crafted embroidery creates couture wearable pieces of art.  Her work is currently exhibited in France at the Lace and Fashion Museum, Gawthorpe Hall contemporary textile collection, Manchester Museum.
